Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Nim&Co, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as the Manav® (“we,” “us,” or “the Manav”), operating from Houston, Harris County, Texas. Please read this Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout the contiguous United States (all 48 states plus the District of Columbia). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, P.O. boxes, or international destinations.

2. Order Processing Times

Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within one to two (1–2) business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. Perishable or temperature-sensitive items are packed only on Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend transit.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Estimated transit times after processing:

  • Standard Ground (3–6 business days) — contiguous U.S.
  • Express (2–3 business days) — most ZIP codes
  • Overnight (1 business day) — available at checkout where eligible
  • Local Houston delivery (same-day / next-day) — select ZIP codes only

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit delays caused by weather, carrier capacity, or incorrect address are outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. All applicable taxes are calculated and collected in accordance with Texas and destination-state law.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $50.00 USD or more (subtotal, before tax)
  • Orders under the free-shipping threshold are charged the carrier rate shown at checkout
  • Oversized or heavy items may incur additional handling fees, disclosed at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on file. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. Address Accuracy

Please verify your full shipping address, apartment/suite number, and contact phone at checkout. Nim&Co, LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address corrections requested after shipment may be subject to carrier fees.

7. Food-Safety Handling (Tex. Health & Safety Code, Ch. 431)

In compliance with the Texas Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act, all products are stored and handled under food-safe conditions prior to shipment. Perishable items are packaged with appropriate insulation and, where required, temperature-controlled inserts. Customers are responsible for promptly moving perishable items to refrigeration or freezer storage upon delivery.

8. Failed Delivery, Refusal, or Returns to Sender

If a shipment is refused at the door, marked undeliverable, or returned to sender by the carrier, the customer may:

  • Request re-shipment at the customer’s expense, or
  • Request a refund of the product total (shipping and any applicable restocking charges are non-refundable)

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, the customer is responsible for securing it. If a package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact support@themanav.com within seven (7) calendar days and we will open a carrier investigation. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s findings and applicable insurance.

10. Sales Tax

Nim&Co, LLC collects Texas state and local sales tax on taxable items as required by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Where we have nexus in other states, applicable sales tax is also collected at checkout in accordance with state law.

11. Governing Law & Venue

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any claim arising out of a shipment is the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
